Hot 'n Spicy is an eminent modern string trio. The two norwegians Lars Tormod Jenset and Svein Erik Martinsen are in perfect rhythmical balance with the Dane Bjarke Falgren (violin and percussion-stunts), who is in fact the hardest swinging jazz-fiddler I've heard since "Stuff" Smith. -Svend Asmussen
